By prioritizing clarity over bureaucratic complexity, I aim to cultivate an approachable tax environment that in Tippecanoe County. Alongside a collaborative Democratic ticket, I want to build a government that works for you by replacing confusion with clarity and ensuring every taxpayer feels supported by a system that shares their vision for a thriving community.

By pairing friendly in-person support, and easy to use digital tools, I will ensure every taxpayer can easily access their property data, navigate our resources, and get clear answers to their most important questions.

Equitability
Fairness and equity are the cornerstones of a just tax system. Currently, our team is working through 600+ constitutional and equity appeals filed with the Indiana Board of Tax Review. If elected, I will continue to challenge any mandate that shifts the tax burden onto single-family homeowners. My commitment is to see these appeals to their conclusion, ensuring that every assessment in Tippecanoe County meets the constitutional standard of equitability.
